As discussed, i’d like to have a quote for french friends of mine trying to buy a unit at the Waverly – 1330 West Av – 33139 Miami Beach.

Please have them call me at 954-351-2250 x-209 or 1-888-244-7400 and ask for Lee. I will take the information over the phone and get back to them w/ quotes. If they want, they can go to the Blog page and click to get a quote and fill in the info on their own. It will come to me and I will have the quotes prepared for them. Since this is a condo and in Miami, there will only be 2-3 carriers that will quote them w/ any reasonable rates. A wind mitigation inspection will be needed to get the best rates possible and they can get this form the Homeowner’s association at no charge. They can fax it to me at 954-351-1961.
