Everyone has urged him to sign this bill and if it is not signed or veteod today then it will become law! This will do many things including  raising Inurance prices, but not unrestricted like originally planned so the Governor is not likely to Veto it. His long delay is that he came into office promisisng lower Insurance prices and this was done, but now we are all paying for this error.The plan from the legislators in Tallahassee  will do many good things like raise surplus requirements and put more controls on the money being taken out to investors as profits until such a time that it is financially sound enough to do so as well as keeep the public Adjustors from putting in claims too many years after a  storm hits or problems occur.
