FEMA will now have more ability to raise rates as needed and do the Flood maps to better charge appropiate rates where and when needed. Here in Fort lauderdale and Florida, we will see rate hikes each year I am sure as water damege from past storms has been extensive over the years and our close proximity to Tidal water’s still makes  us a big risk.
