July 2013

from 2006 thru 2012, millions of dollars was paid out on Fraudulent claims on the Insurance industry, and the consumers had to pay for it with huge rate hikes as well. Now 11 more people from Fort lauderdale, Palm Beach and Miami plead guily to get less Jail time, but how will the consumers get reimbursed?? We wont and this still continues today. This will continue until we change from a No fault state. Only a handfull of No Fault States remain and I guess all of the Legislators in Tallahassee get paid so well from it, that they do not want to change it. Lobbyists bring big dollars and changing the law would hurt the money politicians currently receive so changes are not likely soon. Fema is already broke and was funded 19 billion earlier this year, but we all now know that Flood rates will be on the rise for the next several years. The Federal Funding will be reduced and the prices will have to be actuarily sound!!!! This sounds like Citizens Insurance and another reason why Privatized Insurance will always work better in the long run.
